Yes. Once registered, you will receive an insulated bag, a t-shirt, and delivery instructions.
Issues & Dispute Management
My order is late. What’s going on?
We apologize for the delay. This may be due to high demand, weather, traffic, or a temporary restaurant issue. You can track your driver and contact support if the delay exceeds 20 minutes.
I made a mistake in my order (address, phone, item) — what should I do?
If the order hasn't been processed within 2 minutes, you can cancel directly in the app or contact us via WhatsApp. After 2 minutes, cancellation is no longer possible.
Can I request a refund?
Yes. In case of serious issues (undelivered order, major error, missing item), a full or partial refund may be issued. Contact support within 30 minutes of delivery with a photo or proof if possible. Refunds are processed within 2 to 3 business days.
What if I receive the wrong item?
Take a photo of the order and contact support immediately. We'll investigate with the restaurant and offer a solution (replacement, credit, or partial refund).
How long does delivery take?
Average delivery time is 30 to 45 minutes depending on distance and time of day. You can track your order live in the app.
How can I cancel an order?
You can cancel as long as the order isn’t being prepared (within 2 minutes). After that, only urgent issues (e.g., wrong address or unavailable dish) are considered.
